The Town of Mount Royal RFC Junior program provides a high level of competitive rugby, coached by some of the finest coaches in the province. The values we center ourselves in are teamwork, discipline, and passion in a fun environment. As an elite team, we will work to develop your rugby skills at any stage; from those trying the sport to the first time to those who wish compete on the provincial or national level.

Our Junior program consists of three teams in Quebec’s Junior 7s league. One of U10 and under, one of U14 and one of U16-U18.
